portal frame

Recently I have encountered a problem  with the portal frame, the portal frame command doesn't respond and give a message #INVALID POINTER#

I have reinstall the program and repair it but still the same problem, can you help me, please...

Hello akam911,

I use the 2018 release version and it worked well on my end. what are the value that you input for your frame? you can also activate the "ortho" prior to insert the first point for the 1st column and the second point for the 2nd column. The third point can be define by height value. Could you let us know which built version you encounter this issue? you can find the built version using the cmd: "about"

  I have used different software version and update from 2016, 2017, also I had formatted the laptop and download the program directly from Autodesk but still get the same error.

I have solved this problem, just by updating my windows......
