Hi,

After registering drawing to model all plates dimensions and sizes are coming in inches.  I want it in millimeter.  How to do it.

Can anyone explain me why this occurs.

Thanks,

There are a few defaults for the units in drawings in the management tools. And additional you had to use the correct prototypes. Open the prototype and have a look in the project settings and dimstyle

HiWoman Happy

When creating drawings in Metric the width of the plate is in imperial. To resolve this issue, follow the procedure below.

  1. Select “Management Tools” button in the upper right corner on the Home tab.
  2. Select the Defaults category
  3. Use the filter and type plate
  4. Remove the [20,5006,474] also the “after Width.

Remember to “Load Settings in Advance.”

Go back to the model and Update Defaults.

Please see attachment for a visual step by step

I hope this helps.
