Output DXF with Same Single Part Number but Different Contour Marking

I am trying to setup the NC Settings to output my plates as dxf files with contour markings on them for easier fabrication in the workshop. The problem I am getting is that I will have a model with multiple plates that have the same single part number but have different contour markings and when i export the dxf files some of the plates are not created (or are written over) and also the QTY's are incorrect.

See screenshot of my model which shows 4x plates. Please note the plates on each end of the beam will have different contour markings because of the placement of the plate in relation to the beam. The other 2x plates should be the same because they both have no contour markings. In total I would like to output 3x different dxf files for the plates in this scenario showing the correct QTY's in the file name.

I have also screenshot my NC Settings and the output files I am currently getting when i run the DXF's for plates. Please note the QTY's are also wrong as it adds up to a total of 5 plates.

if you want to have 3 different files, the objects need 3 different numbers. Advance Steel doesn't jcreate different files based on different contour. 
And additional from my point of view: the filename with special characters like ; and = is not the best idea for the most softwareproducts

I have run into this exact problem on a number of occasions.  The only feasible workaround I have found so far is:

Under advance properties, go to the user attributes tab.  From there enter a value/description in the free write field and be sure to check the box to the left of it.  Now this user attribute will be used for numbering.  If you think of a simple bent plate, the single part # automatically assigned is identical even if one plate is bent up and the other bent down.  Typically I would use LH or RH in my description to denote they are in fact separate and unique parts.  A similar approach should work for you.

If you have already run numbering, you will have to ungroup identical parts and renumber for the new numbering using user attributes to take effect.

Thanks for your response. I thought this might be the case I was trying to find a more automated way of doing it but it looks like i will just have to do it manually and make sure I do not miss anything. I think the other option is using punch marks as I think they affect numbering but will also add more time to modelling especially if I am not using the connection vault.

Punch marks do indeed affect numbering.
