Object enabler for Advance steel 2024 is deleted, but computer says it's installed. So, I can't install it again.

Hello guys. I deleted object enabler for Advance steel 2024, because my plant 3d 2024 couldn't see my advance steel files. But now, even if I want to install it back, computer keeps telling me that object enabler is already installed. I don't see program in my control panel programs and features. I deleted it from autodesk folder in program files. Help pls.

Are you running Windows? If so, is there an Uninstall utility you can run or did you delete that, too? Simply deleting files may delete the program from folders, but there are registry keys and hidden files that would need to be uninstalled as well. Check Add or Remove Programs in Windows and see if you can still run an uninstall from there.

Autodesk are again mucking around with sysem files and .dll dependancy code which causing Users no end of grief. The way we resolved it was to uninstall and restall AdS 2022 and Ads 2023. Sounds like you will need to do AdS 2024. Just a side note, AdS 2024 is not stable yet so I would be cautious in using that version just yet.

Thanks for your response. No, I deleted program from "add or remove programs". And after, I deleted some files regarding Object Enabler for AdS 2024 from C:\Program Files\Autodesk. So, I don't think there left any files.

Thanks for response. No, I'm not using AdS 2024 right now. But, it was installed on my pc. Then, turn out that I need AdS21. So, I deleted AdS24, but, somehow I deleted Plant 3D 24 "acad.exe" file too. Then I installed Plant 3D 24 back. It works fine. Object Enabler for AdS24 was installed before AdS itself. But after after I deleted AdS24, pc doesn't show AdS files in Plant 3D 24. So, I deleted Object Enabler for AdS24. But now, I can't install it back, cuz my pc thinks its installed. Idk what may be problem.
