Numbering

Hi Everyone,

Is that possible to get the different assembly number for each assembly even though they are same but we want it to have different assembly number but as the single part numbering goes it can have same number.

Example : Single part : B1 ( quantity 2)

                     Assembly Number: BA1 & BA1.1

I hope it make sense.

Yes this is possible. If you open the numbering dialog, use the second tab and set the checkbox for 'unique number for each part' or something similar like that (should be on the upper side). It could be set for preliminary, single and mainpart numbers.

Edit: but the 1.1, 1.2 and so on is not possible I think. It will be something like b1, B2...
