Numbering

Dear expert,

                 In model two assembly with same details.

            I want required different assembly number for both like as B-1 & B-2.

            But, single parts numbers are same.

            Please to be guided.

if the parts are the same, AS will set the same number.

Should every Maipart be different or only specific ones?

If every Mainpart should get a new number, you could use the following setting in the numbering dialogue:

If you don't want this, you had to create a difference between these parts and one singlepart had to be different. Therefore you could use a property
For example by using the userattribute1, insert in "a" in one part and "b" in the other and check the box in front of the property. By checking the box, this means: "create difference in numbering by using this item"
