Is it possible to get a list of the steel beams a bolt (or bolt group) connects?

I would like to retrieve the list of steel beams that share a given bolt or bolt group. Is this even possible? Perhaps using Dynamo? API? Simpler solution?

The closest is a bom list, external type called the point to point type.
