Installation of AS2016

I successfully downloaded and installed on my office computer. I then used the License Transfer utility to export the license publicly.

However, when i try to download the software to my laptop i keep getting a "communication Error".

Does anyone know what is causing this error?

This article exlains the cause: Communication Failure message during download and installation. The solution is to use an alternate download method as indicated in the article. Hope this helps.
