Why that sometimes the green frame is large and beyond the prototype?

Not always the case, and even with the processes of advance also happens, I do not understand.

Hi Janet, the last comment helped got rid of the green frame. My main issue and difficulty is unable to use the scale function to scale my drawing processes drawing detail to have all details to fit perfectly on my 24" by 36" prototype. Could this please help!
