Document Manager Thinks Drawing is Open

Pretty strange and irritating. I can't delete because it says the file is open, but it isn't.

What would cause this and how do I fix it?

Hi, Happy New Year.

Close the model dwg and open again.

It happens at least once a day here, closing the model dwg file works.

It never used to do that before few days ago. I'm gonna blame this one on Microsoft. It was probably a windows update.

I have a feeling it is Windows+SQL something.

I keep thinking that the SQL part of AS used to be quicker and something made it slower in 2020.
