Crash in selected assembly drawing process

Dear forum members and adsk support,

When I launch a drawing process for selected assembly, I have often this kind of error message, with relative Advance Steel crash:

I have also a lot of crashes with simply ACAD move command, is there someone that can help me with this issues????

Do you have Hotfix 1 installed for AS2017? There was a bug that caused crashs when creating assemblies with end plates.

Yes I have, I also have acad 2017.1 release, I tried also to uninstall it, but the crashes are always the same....even for simply acad command...

Is there nobody with the same error???? I've seen in the forum a similar issue in ADSK Plant...

I need a solution, I'm not able to manage my model differently.

Thank you for using Advance Steel forum.

I think I would need some additional information from you to understand what is going on.

You say that this error occurs when start a drawing process.

First question:

- Does the error occurs for any project ? Or only for your current / a specific project ?

Then, please let me know if you have other AutoCAD 2017 verticals installed on your system - Plant 3D, Civil 3D ...

And one suggestion / test: please set the DEMANDLOAD to 2. Then start a new AS session and try again to start the drawing process.

Answering to your questions:

1)   Does the error occurs for any project? YES but not everytime that I run the drawing process

2) let me know if you have other AutoCAD 2017 verticals installed on your system - Plant 3D, Civil 3D: No other AutoCAD 2017 verticals installed.

Anyway, I've set the DEMANDLOAD to the value 2, and the process it works correctly, but I miss the logo in the prototype file so, I set once more the DEMANDLOAD to 3 and now it seems that works properly.
