Camera Views moving after Update

Now that we have cameras with grips we can adjust, I am trying some new workflows.  I am using 3 x cameras to produce Front, Top, & Side View for my Engineering details.  The issue I am finding is if I change say a model role for an object, it moves my View so no longer in 3rd angle projection.  Is there a setting I need to use to stop this shifting from occurring?

I've heard of all sorts of things moving when updating drawings, but never a detail view.

Are you using Document Manager to update drawings?

Did the views overlap any?

I just noticed this setting in MT

I feel I might have found the cause of the camera views jumping around erratically.  It seems the setting shown in the screenshot below is the cause of the Views jumping around.

It might require somebody with more knowledge of Drawing Styles to explain why or what this particular setting controls or does, as I'm not 100% sure myself.

Maybe the issue is that I am selecting points in the model to create the camera view but the Drawing Style was set to Automatic.  If somebody with a better understanding of what is going on in the background to explain this better that would be most appreciated.

Hi,

I have a question that might seem off topic. Have you recently moved from an older version to a newer one using settings migration?
