Automatic convertion of plate to flat by grade only

Currently Advance Steel is converting my plates to flats (as I believe it is meant to do). 

What I would like Advance Steel to do is find all my GR250 plate that exist as a flat size, to GR300 flats on my fab detail drawings. And keep all my GR350 plate as they are (and if possible, label them 'WidthxLengthxThickness PL').

Is this possible? And further on would it stay the same on my BOM (assuming it would).

I did touch on mapping trying to get my head around it, but never found anything as in depth.
