Advance Steel compatibilty with earlier AutoCAD versions

Is Advance Steel compatible with earlier AutoCAD versions?

We have Building Design Suite Premuim 2013 installed (with an upgrade to 2015 planned, awaiting new hardware), but in the meantime would like to install the latest version of Advance Steel 2015.

Will this work?  Or does Advance Steel require the latest version of AutoCAD?

AS 2015.1 will only run on Autocad 2015. AS 2015, will run on 2013 - 2015 Autocad.

Also note that AS will launch on the most recent Autocad version that was last used on the workstation.

Here's a screenshot of my Subscription portal.... should I be installing Advance Steel Premium English 2015 Win 64 to be compatible with AutoCAD 2013 (within our installed Buidling Design Suite Premium 2013)?

Correct. 2015.1 will not launch on Autocad 2013.

Advance Steel 2016 will only run with AutoCAD 2016
