adjusting welded beams, I Symmetric-length of plates

I have an I beam created as specified in the title, but the one side of the beam needs to be a little bit "taller" (the blue section shown in the snip below). 

How can I make the plates taller and leave the radiused plates alone with the top pipe alone?

can you post here an DWG example please?

+++ impossible immediately and miracles within 3 days +++
+++ the only constant is the change +++ stay tuned for more +++
+++ since 03/2023 is Advance Steel in maintenance mode, no further development +++

see attached as requested. I also need to shorten up a couple of the posts because of an elevation change as well
