Some lines of a profile edges do not display in generated 3d view of a model.
Is there any way to display it properly?

Hi,

This is highly likely due to clashes in your model. I would run a clash check to identify these clashes then Update the drawing.

To avoid a lot of the clashes. I would either add some connections or use the cut at object tool from the features palette.
