The master schedules (.mpp or other formats) already have hand offs (dependencies) and when we create a new work plan based on the items in the master schedule, we'd like to see the hand offs to be automatically created based on those dependencies. Of course both items (previous and future) needs to be imported into the workplan otherwise the hand off cannot be created, but such a feature is not yet available. This feature help us a lot by saving time and our team members won't need to recreate already existing handoffs.
