In the permissions you can set someone to be the submittal manager but that can be way too much permissions. Need the ability to assign permissions so that someone can just edit the workflows, if needed. Sometimes a lead discipline will refer the review to someone else to look over. This would be nice for a lead reviewer to edit according to who they want to assign to review the submittal.
