Add the ability to put a boarder around text boxes in the submittal markups
For the callout, setting the arrow to the desired location and then moving the text box but holding the arrow would be helpfull in getting the callout to the desired location. currently you have to move the callout text box, then move the next control point on the leader, then move the arrow to the desired location.
