We are facing two main issues in the Review workflow within ACC Docs:
1️⃣ Next Action By Visibility for Pending Reviewers:
Currently, it’s not possible to identify the “Next Action By” for members who haven’t yet submitted their review response. This makes it difficult to determine which reviewer is causing the delay in multi-step review workflows.
We need a way to show which member has not provided a response yet, so we can track responsibility for delays clearly.
2️⃣ Delay Days Attribute and Delegation Tracking:
The delay duration (from the review open date until today) should be automatically calculated and available as an attribute (e.g., “Days of Delay”).
Additionally, when a delegate reviewer is assigned, their activity should appear in the review history, showing:
Which member delegated the task,
To whom it was delegated,
The number of days taken to reply,
And total delay days (summed from open to current date).
These improvements will help us monitor review performance, accountability, and response timelines more accurately.
