Now, anyone who has "Manager" permissions for a Form Template can jump into a PDF Collaborative Form Instance and discard the draft, or re-assign it to the new responsible person. This is especially useful if a PDF Collaborative form is stuck "in progress" assigned to someone who has left the company, or who is out of office. I hope this helps.
