Creation of submittals is limited to the web version only. We are using submittals module for approving new materials, which is created/initiated by contractors. Many a times, contractors for minor activities do not have PCs/Laptops on site making it difficult to create submittals.
Option to create submittals should be added to the iOS/Android mobile application.
