Make it easier to select the Regional Data Storage Location for new & existing projects

Hello,

We welcome the recent news for a Regional Data Storage Location in Australia. However the steps involved in migrating projects to this storage location and even migrating the administrators account so that they can create new projects in Australia is close to impossible.

Our current projects located in the US are still painfully slow to access even with super fast NBN. So we are quite keen to get the migrations happening.
