ACC Document Controller Friendly
Document controllers need to track all the data progress. Unfortunately it can only be done if the file goes through review and there file is being approved at the same location.
However in reality, the document will be copied to another folder once it is approved and another approval workflow is created for the new folder. Therefore, there is a lost of chain in document as it progresses.
ACC needs document profiling that has a continuous chain from one folder to the next. Ideas could be to connect Review from previous reviews.
This will provide compliancy to ISO 19650 where the documents are being reviewed from WIP to SHARED to PUBLISHED.
