Build - RFIs - multiple answers in one RFI tracked in one place - already in Procore

Allow multiple answers in one RFI, see screenshot from Procore.

Entire flow of RFI needs to be tracked in one page chronologically. not split between RFI submit response page and activity log.

This screenshot is from Procore.

You see here that one member can add response multiple times and it is all sorted and tracker chronologically.

ACC RFIs design and setup needs to be rebuild completely.

You could add this as third type of RFI workflows: RFI with multiple answers.

I agree this needs to be addressed somehow, though Forma seems to have a different philosophy than Procore does around Official Responses. Where Procore allows for multiple iterative answers to be aggregated per reviewer that need to be read in order to gain the full context of the overall response, Forma forces reviewers to revise their responses until they are complete, ensuring there is only one response per reviewer. This is possibly less flexible but the result is more clear. Rather than reading a chat between the various parties on the RFI, trade partners can rely on a streamlined set of individual answers per reviewer. The issue you're identifying here also blends into the use of the Activity Log which is the only place where RFI manager comments back to the reviewer are shown. Although the RFI Manager is not submitting their own "official response," it might be helpful to have the clarifying questions grouped somewhere for review so you don't need to scroll through the various entries in the Activity Log to find this context.
