Adding watchers to reviews workflows

Please add the option to name watchers in Reviews workflows.

In the situation that document control initiating all the reviews for the design team, 

there is no option to notify the relevant project managers/designers that the review process

is finished and they need to see the relevant comments.

YES! We absolutely need this field. It is already available in RFIs, Submittals and Issues.

Also please add references field to reviews.

We have references in RFIs, Submittals, Issue, Forms and Meetings, but not in Reviews.
