Like photos, issues should be able to tagged for easier filtering. Issue types are broad (Punch List, Design) and descriptions should be specific to an issue. Tags would bridge the gap allowing more detailed reports and make it easier to assign a group of issue to one person to handle (find all the issues involving "Dimensions" or "OPCI Equipment")
