unable to get data - Autodesk Data Connector for Power BI

Hi community,

I am trying to get data to PowerBI from Autodesk with my ACC account.

However, when I try to connect the data in PowerBi I get this error:

"There has been error in listing the projects and files in this HUB"

have anyone had this problem before?

Can you help me with this??

Hi, I never had this error.
- Did you check the extraction on ACC was successful? If so, maybe you can download it and see if you can connect to the local csv-files ...
- Did you try to make a connection to your ACC-platform via one of the templates you can download from ACC? Just to see if that works.

Beside that maybe provide some extra info on how the ACC-hub and project(s) are setup. I am thinking about a specific naming of projects or folders ...
