ACC Docs folder missing

Has anyone else had an issue where the Docs folder disappears on the web version of ACC?

We set up a project using our template that has all folders set up.  The project set up correctly.  We added members, and added Revit models to the Docs folder on Dec 28th.  Now Dec 30th I had someone request to be invited to the project.  I went to the members section to invite them, but after inviting them they never received an invite, and they are not showing in the members list.  (I tried multiple times).  I also noticed Docs was missing from the permissions, so I tried to browse to the Docs folder, and it's no longer there.  The odd part is, you can still access the Revit models in the Docs folder through Revit.

I can't find any troubleshooting on this issue online, and this is the second project it has happened on.  I'm curious if anyone else has run in to this?

I attached an screenshot.

I have just noticed the same issue on one of my projects. Googled to find a solution and just found your post. Did you manage to get to the bottom of it?

We are working on the issue with Autodesk right now.  No solution yet.  It sounds like they had some issues with creating projects on ACC on Dec 17th and 18th that caused it.  That issue has been resolved, so any new projects it shouldn't happen to again.  I would recommend reaching out to Autodesk.

I know that this is being stated as fixed however it does not seem like it is fixed for everyone.  Is this still being investigated?

This is showing as an issue within the web browser, as users can see the files within the Revit Software itself.

Sorry, didn't realise I was responding in this thread when I replied to @Christian_Santoso. It was resolved for my specific case after getting on a live chat with support. After sending browser diagnostics to the autodesk technical team, they ran a patch and resolved the issue for me. I haven't noticed the issue again on any other projects so far. Re your point about docs not showing in the project browser, but showing in Revit itself, I believe you are correct. The issue I was facing specifically was that I couldn't add new joiners to the project because of the glitch, If you are still facing the issue, I suggest connecting with live chat support.

We're seeing the same issue as of about a week. We created a project like normally but couldn't see the docs module. We can't invite people and there is no docs column to turn on under members.

So far we haven't gotten much help from Autodesk Support, which is asking us to invite them to the project (which is not possible). So looking like we need to just migrate what has been done so far on that project to a new one.

We had the same issue this past week -- created a project in the ACC as normal with our Project Template, DOCS was showing, added some members, assigned permissions... Members were able to see the project and its folders in Desktop Connector, but were having trouble adding things to the folders. When we went back into the project via project admin, we could no longer see the DOCS folder, several members were missing (there were 2 showing, but 4 had been assigned access), and we no longer had the option to re-activate DOCS. I do recall that there was some sort of warning in the health dashboard that there were "issues" when new projects were being created, but it is weird to me that I was able to create it and give access, but days later it just decided that the DOCS module no longer existed.

This seems to me to be a rather massive problem...

Autodesk Support applied a fix (either to the specific version of ACC we're running or generally, idk) and our Docs module is showing in the affected project and we haven't seen the issue again. We're on EMEA if that helps. I'd suggest talking to Support, so they might apply the same fix to your solution.
