Hi Peter,

Thanks for your query.

In order to better understand this issue, please answer:

- Which file type do you usually view in the A360 app?

- Are they 2D or 3D files?

- Does it happen with all files?

- Are you getting different results from before?

- Are your files stored in the A360 drive or BIM 360 Team?

Cheers,

Luciane

Hi Peter,

I am just checking to see if you still need assistance.

I wanted to try to reproduce the issue, so if you could answer the previous questions that would be helpful.

Cheers,

Luciane

Hello Luciane,

here are my answers ...

- Which file type do you usually view in the A360 app?

*rvt 2018 and dwg

- Are they 2D or 3D files?

*3D files

- Does it happen with all files?

*yes

- Are you getting different results from before?

*yes, in the past the focus and orbit was located on the selected object and it was easy to rotate and view the selected object. now the orbit stays also in the center or the model.

- Are your files stored in the A360 drive or BIM 360 Team?

*they are stored on "A360 View and manage your projects"

THX for your support.

Peter

I am now more than two weeks into a project and the ease of being able to use A360 to view my .dwg file on my Iphone and get dimensions and information is but some distant memory. Despite multiple posts about my simple question about when or if I might see functionality restored to A360 mobile app I have had zero replies from Autodesk. It is inconceivable that A360 could go from being an essential part of my workflow to being utterly useless. I look forward to getting any reply but am not holding my breath...,

I sent you a private message last week requesting to be added to the project and reproduce the issue.

Please let me know if you would like me to continue reviewing this issue.

Hi Peter,

Could you please inform the version of the app you have installed?

There was a recent release (3.4.2) for iOS.

Cheers,

Luciane
