Issue viewing file. FANQ-661

After I download a file I am alerted that the file has no sheets (FANQ-661)? What does this mean?

I am having the exact same problem.  

The file type is DWF, and numerous files have had this issue.

I cannot view in A360.app on iPhone 6+ (iOS 8.1.1).  But in one instance I could view online with Chrome browser.  
(I also have issues using Firefox for some unknown reason). 

Also why does it sometimes take days to view a 50KB file, it can take way too long to view a file after it's uploaded.  

Hardly acceptable when in the field. 

And lastly what is Autodesks position on DWF - it is not supported on OSX.

At $2800/yr, and then no support for your own file format.  People want offline viewers on OSX like there is on WIndows.

I’m also having this problem. 

It is inconsistent. File(s) open sometimes but not always. 

If I open and close and save sometimes that will enable them to open. That is what happened last time. 

This is time the files were opening and now after many changes and saves, they will not. 

I have a master assembly and multiple sub assemblies. Some files were created in Fusion, some were imported. 

My master assembly was was created in Fusion and incorporates both Fusion designed and imported designs. 

It is one of the files that will not open. 

At the time of this writing, I can onot open sone of the files associated with the master design on A360 nor can the shared link of the master design be opened by me or others it has been shared with. It just opens completely blank. 

I can can open all files in Fusion itself. 

More interesting info. 

After waiting a few minutes, I can now open all associated files in A360, but not the master file.
