"Processing failed" error when parsing ZIP File by Autodesk Viewer

Hi Patrick,

 

The same A360 Sharing and Preview problem as here come back again from 09-Dec-2019.

My colleagues upload ZIP file. My counterpart when access the link and intend to download, the Autodesk Viewer keep parsing the zip file and bounce itself to error and not allow people download.

 

The error message when after parsing ZIP file by Autodesk Viewer --> Processing failed. Design is empty. Please check the design.

Same thing happens for me yesterday and today.

A360 Drive not working again (Autodesk viewer attempting to open everything - and failing - before showing the download link).

 

I suggest Autodesk should tinker with a Beta version of the A360 until they sort out the bugs, to save messing up with all of our accounts.
