I am having difficulties with a delay of a couple of days between when I upload a drawing from my laptop to A360 and to when I can access the file on my desktop at another location. And vice versa. I have it set to sync. What else do I need to do? Thanks in advance.

hi Scott,
Are you able to see your A360 Desktop icon in your windows system tray?
Or, if you go to Start > Programs > Autodesk > A360 Desktop, are you able to select the A360 Desktop, which will Launch it for you (in the system tray) then you should be able to see what i sent earlier.
if not, do a screencast video (download here) so that i can see what you're looking at, and the steps you're taking.
send the videos as a private message to me here in the forum. that might work better.
if that doesn't work, send to first.last@autodesk.com (use brett.wright for first.last)
hi Scott,
Thank you for the time on our call so that i could help you find your system tray A360 Desktop icon and get that all squared away.
Have a great day 🙂
I spoke to you last week and you helped me about syncing my computers. I'm hoping you can help me with my continued syncing issue. Now my two computers have been trying to sync all day. Both of them have the spinning A360 logo and say syncing. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance again.
Hi Scott,
Sometimes the A360 Desktop "sync" will do a full reset of the baseline data which can cause a long sync, so that might be what is going on.
What i would have you try first would be to logout of A360 Desktop on both machines, then reboot your machines, and then log back in to A360 Desktop.
See the "sync reboot instructions pdf" HERE and then let me know if the issue persists.
