Currently can't logon again. It just loops back to the sign on screen.

Did all of that and tried two different browsers on the same machine.
Here is the web address I see when asked to log in : https://a360.autodesk.com/drive/
During the login procedure the address changes to : https://a360.autodesk.com/drive/app/root
Then loops back to sign in.
had another user log on from a different machine, and they have the same issue. However, if I login from that machine, it works ok. We cleared browser cache for the past week....interesting issues that seem hard to duplicate.

I had one other person that was having the same type of issue and this helped resolve the problem. Click on chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
And select all option there and the past week:

That is the same way we clear browser cache.
Interesting thing logging in Incognito goes to the older login window in which you input username and password on the same screen and it logs into A360. I can then click A360 drive and get to our share folders. So this workaround seems to work, but simply clearing the past week browser cache didn't seem to fix anything.
I was able to log in to A360, which gives me the username and password on the same screen. I can then click A360 drive from the pulldown and access my shares. Not sure if this is the intended path, but it works.
