Rendering problem with material unshown

I'm new to 3ds max, I'm having the problem while rendering.

The material of the flooring didn't show up, I don't know what to do and why...

it does show in the viewport

Check that the material is loading your texture.  Also, did  you place any UVW Map on that geometry?

It is a solid object or a single plane, maybe your normal is pointing in the wrong direction.

Also adjust your exposure, as right now as mentioned by @rendermaster the image is way too bright.

As a rule of thumb never use 100 White materials or 100 black. stay within85% it should be fine.
