OSL get_texture_info(): unspecified OIIO error

I'm trying to render using arnold renderer in 3ds max.
I'm using udim, and I think this is probably the cause.
I keep getting an error, but I haven't found a solution yet.
I need help.

OSL Bitmap Lookup with udim textures seems to work fine. Did you try using a regular Arnold Image map, just to confirm that the texture files are good?

If this doesn't work, what's the problem?
And how should I solve it?

What does "this" refer to? Using an Image map to load the texture?
If an Image map cannot load the texture, then try with a different png file. Try to isolate the problem. Is it just that one png file? Where'd it come from? Create a simple test scene with a simple material. Try some different texture files. Can you load a specific udim texture (eg don't use the udim token, load a specific file like test_1011.png). Is it a permissions problem? Can MAXtoA read files from that folder?
