ı cant see my model ın 3dsmax render scene

I have a problem with arnold render. ı use arnold render for axonemetric render scenes but nowadays ı meet with a problem ı setted up the scene and ı try to render and as you see

ı cant see anythıng ıs there any solutıons for this ?
