How to remove a plugin/script from 3DS MAX

I asked a question on this forum about removing missing external file reference. One of the suggestions was to install this plugin (https://www.colinsenner.com/scripts/relink-bitmaps) to find the material that requires this missing file. I installed it, it created a toolbar that I can find in Customize Menu - Configure User Interface - Toolbars. This plugin actually was useless, didn't find anything. Now I need to delete it. I removed the mzp script file from 3DS MAX scripts folder but this toolbar seems to still be in the program, see screenshot.

 

How to completely remove this thing from the application?

- C:\Users\computername\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2018 - 64bit\ENU\scripts

-then delete the files associated with Relink Bitmap Scripts

- restart 3ds max
