hey im new for 3ds max and i want to make realistic texture for ground how to make displacement map and bump map

The Same principle, as you do in Cinema 4D it can be done in 3 D Max or any 3D Software.

Go to the mere website that sells those images and you can see information regarding 3D Max.

it is a more complex process than just a photo.

His products are actually photo scanning of the ground, so he gets actual depth data and can generate a geometry out of the scanning.

Not only one photo but several pictures, later on with different software you can create/extract high map, diffuse maps, normals and others.

But, you can essentially make the separate elements yourself in photoshop.
