Arnold Skydome HDRI background not appearing as desired

Hi folks. I am trying to render a scene with 4k HDRI image as the lighting for the scene and also I would like the sky from the HDRI image as the backdrop to my scene. I have the HDR image as a bitmap, spherical environment mapping, and I have checked "Light Shape Visible" in the modifier panel.

The lighting from the image is pretty easy to get, but the scaling of the image cannot be controlled as far as I can tell. Is there a Radius adjustment to the skydome?

(edit: I figured out why the image is washed out in the attached rendering, my environment background was set to white)

You will have to map that image to a sphere or a dome and then use that to scale it up. The Arnold Skydome light will not give you an option to scale it up.
