Arnold License Manager not available in 3ds Max

The drop-down menu in 3ds Max for the Arnold License Manager doesn't bring up the Sign-in dialog. I don't even know if I need to sign in separately, but the Arnold Help says that I do.

3ds Max 2023 with a one-year subscription.

Thanks in advance.

If you have only one Arnold license that came with your 3ds max subscription, then there is no need for it (except - probably - for batch renderings).

I figured as much since I'm not getting watermarks. It just seems strange that it doesn't open the sign in dialog. Feels like a bug.
