[SDK] When helper functions will be documented?

Hi,
wanted to ask when we'll get a full documentation of helper functions that SDK have.
Each new version of max hides those functions more and more.
In 2012 and above sdk there is no iparamm2.h documentation at all.
For example many plugins uses CreateRWParamMap2 function to create dialog based rollout with parameters... not documented...
