Reset Xform and convert to editable poly

Hi, is there a similar script? cause i do this action all the time. Or at least is there way to assign a shortcut to reset x form? thanks

the code is just two lines of code:

(
     resetxform selection
     collapsestack selection
)

all addition is about to check that you have the right selection
