Instance material Across scenes

I want to create instance material across 2-3  scenes.. I'm working on some macro script project... So I wanted to make instance material across scenes... How to do that? Is there any script or some guide? ... I want to make a my own Material... But I want it to work like if I change it in one file it gets change across all other scenes with that same material

There is such a thing as XRef_Material in 3DS MAX, but it only works with XRef scenes or objects...
I suggest creating a custom library with materials common to all scenes, and updating all shared scene materials when the scene is loaded using that library.
