3DS MAX 2016 The Software License check out failed error 2 Help

So I had a trial of 3DS MAX 2016 through Autodesk virtual agent and thats the only 3ds max that installs on my computer and when i closed 3ds max when this popup from it came my computer restarted and this message comes. I also tried reinstalling it and uninstalling it and downloading it again but still the same message. I also googled my question but when I did Flexnet stuff with services.msc Its still no working. I also got a three year subscription online then I tried uninstalling it and installing it again and entering the code it knows its a Valid code and when I opened it still the same message please.

I followed the instructions at the post and the only 3ds max I can get on my computer is 2016 because the browser or virtual agent download for the other 3ds max doesn't work and the post said reinstall or uninstall and installing again and delete a wi folder but I don't have a wi folder in C/Autodesk
