3dmax application stopped working

Hallo friend

Please can any one help me get free from below issue 

3ds Max 2016 installed but can not open its giving  (3dmax application stopped working)

Is this an authorised/legal version of Max?

Where did you download it from?

If official, have you tried reinstalling?

Is your system good enough?

Graphics card good enough? 

64 or 32 bit?

Has it worked at all since installation?

Installed form disc or via online install?

If you can supply answers to all the above, then you may need to contact the people you got it from.
