There could be a few causes for this error, which is triggered by the auto-backup feature trying to save a temporary .sv$ file.
Is this the first time you're running into this error?
Are you running low on disk space on your drive?
Do you have appropriate 'write' permissions to that directory? You can try changing the folder where the auto-backup files get saved in the Customize->Configure User paths dialog and choose a folder that you know that you can normally save to.
