Spline road twist problem

Hi,

I'm creating some paths with Line tool in Max 2020.

How can I avoid twisting with a sloping, turning spline. It's for a hill model with a road.

Below is an example. I'm not going that extreme with the slopes, but at lower slopes the twisting is still too noticable.

I'm reporting back that my friend suggested I use Sweep modifier.

The modifier does the job. Can turn off banking with it which is apparently the culprit.
