Hi everyone!
I faced with a weird shading problem in one of my objects which you can see in the attached picture. When I export the model into Substance painter the same problem appears there. I already tried:
Editnormal (unify, break, reset)
Smooth group has just one group
UVmap is totally ok
There are no flipped faces

You might want to reset the normals and return them to unspecified state.
Edit: Just saw that you tried this already. Please try again since it worked here for me.
