Hello, I am having right now this problem, I though this kind of problems could be fixed by using the "X-form" but dont seems to be the thing here, so im totally lost about what could be the reasons... not a huge deal for this (as I could do manually fix it) but I want to learn how to prevent this so I wont be having it on other stuff with more responsability...
Here I provide a screenshot on the problem (error propor)
The red would be the original poly while the green its the same one just rotated 90º, you can see its proportions are different... the pivot is centered and the same on both copies.
I though that using X-form before rotating could fix this kind of problems but happens exactly the same... what could be the problem? any idea?

NOTE: Actually using 2018 version, just in case this could be related to any bug or something.
